Sandy Ziegler, AGPCNP-C, is an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She brings more than 25 years of nursing experience to her patients at Gorman Medical, PC, in Colorado Springs and Cripple Creek, Colorado.
Sandy began her medical career at Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs and graduated with her Associate of Applied Science in nursing. She worked as a registered nurse for nearly 20 years before returning to school.
Sandy earned her Master of Science in nursing, management, and organizational leadership from American Sentinel University in Denver, Colorado. She continued her education at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs and graduated as a nurse practitioner with a specialty in adult-gerontology primary care.
Along with her board certification, Sandy holds Medical-Surgical Nursing certification, DEA Controlled Substance Registration certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Sandy strives to deliver a high level of care at Gorman Medical, PC. She provides comprehensive primary and pain management care, working closely with patients and their families to find the best treatment for their unique needs.
On the weekends, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family, taking long bike rides, and doing home renovation projects.
