Ambyr Hodkins, FNP-C

Ambyr Hodkins, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Gorman Medical, PC, in Colorado Springs and Cripple Creek, Colorado.  

Ambyr earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. After graduating, she worked as a registered nurse in critical care at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Ambyr moved to Colorado in 2018 and worked in respiratory care at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver before returning to school for her master’s degree. She earned her Master of Science in nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, and graduated as a family nurse practitioner.

At Gorman Medical, PC, Ambyr provides holistic care for the whole family. She works alongside the capable team to meet the needs of the local community, from treating acute illness to managing complex, chronic conditions. 

Ambyr is a three-time DAISY Award recipient and strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment for her patients and their families.
